Handicap Parking – Marked spaces at the River Road Entrance or come early to view from your car

Parade Participants - REGISTRATION CHECK IN STARTS AT NOON AND ENDS AT 2PM.Come in the River Road entrance, turn right towards the ball field and stop at the Parade check in to get your number. Check in is from noon to 2pm. You will be lined up in the staging area in the order you check in. Only registered participant vehicles are allowed in the staging area. Please arrive before 2pm. All roads into the parade will be shut down at 2:30 pm. Get there early! 

Drop off participants -  You can park in the designated parking areas and walk to your group.  If you need to find your float, check in with the volunteer at the registration check in.

 The parade does NOT end at the judges stage. Continue on the track back to the staging area behind the ball field. If you have to break down, pull back into the staging area out of the way of the parade. If you don’t have to break down, exit out the back gate on the right into the YMCA parking lot to exit at Butler Road 

Viewing the Parade -    The Judging Stage Trailer will be near the bathroom building.  The parade can be viewed from anywhere along the gravel track.
